Charles joined the Maxim team as an MBA Associate in March 2025, bringing expertise in M&A, TMT banking, and private credit.
Prior to Maxim, Charles worked for the TMT group at Ladenburg Thalmann, a middle-market investment bank in New York. He and his team oversaw all stages of deal execution in M&A advisory, equity, debt, and structured financing transactions across tech sectors. More recently, Charles worked at Capital IP Investment Partners, a private lender specialized in underwriting direct lending products to early-stage technology companies.
He is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds a BA in Economics from New York University.
