Daniel joined Maxim Partners as an MBA Associate, bringing valuation, transaction advisory, and financial modeling experience to the team.
Prior to Maxim, Daniel was a Vice President at Mercer Capital, a boutique valuation and advisory firm, where he built complex valuation models, supported M&A transactions, and advised management teams across a range of engagements for privately held companies. His work spanned corporate valuation, buy-side and sell-side transactions, and strategic advisory across a variety of industries.
Daniel is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and is a CFA Charterholder. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys golf, travel, and exploring Chicago
