Jeff joined Maxim as an investment professional in February of 2024 bringing extensive experience across investing, banking, and management to the team.
Prior to joining Maxim, Jeff was an investment professional at ETS Capital focusing on growth equity and M&A transactions in the education technology sector. Prior to that Jeff was a Vice President at the boutique investment bank, Berkery Noyes, working on M&A transactions across the healthcare, education and fintech industries. Jeff started his career as a management consultant working within the department of defense and intelligence community for Northrop Grumman and Scitor Corporation and then working at Deloitte in their consulting and financial advisory groups.
Based in New York City, Jeff holds a BA degree in Economics from The College of William and Mary and a MSC in Finance from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
