Prior to joining Maxim, Jennifer was the CFO of Sandbox Industries, a venture capital firm that connects corporations with emerging companies in the healthcare, insurance and food and agriculture industries. Before that, she served various finance roles at Wrightwood Financial, Ares Management, and Wrightwood Capital. She started her career at PwC in the assurance practice, focused on private and public clients in the real estate and financial services industries. A Chicago native, Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant (inactive). She enjoys traveling, playing tennis and spending time with her family.
As CFAO at Maxim, Jennifer is responsible for financial operations, investor relations, management of the admin team, and serves as a trusted advisor to portfolio company finance leaders.
