Jordan joined Maxim as an investment professional in February of 2019, bringing both finance and management experience to the team.
Prior to joining Maxim, Jordan held a variety of operational roles ranging from senior management in the lower-middle market to global financial oversight at Aptiv (a technology company focused on the future of mobility). Most recently, Jordan simultaneously served as both the CFO and as the Head of Finance / HR for two strategic acquisitions in their post-transaction environments.
Originally from Michigan, Jordan holds a BS degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.
