Lauren joined Maxim Partners in March 2025 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Originally from San Diego, California, she brings prior experience supporting executive teams in the biotech industry. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University and is known for her strong organizational skills and proactive support.
Outside the office, Lauren is a passionate ceramic artist and enjoys spending time with her orange cat, Barnacle.
