Michael Koehne joined Maxim Partners in January 2024 as an investment professional, bringing a combination of investing and operating experience to the team.
Prior to Maxim, he served as an investor and operator at Katalyst Capital, a single-family office-backed private equity firm focused on control and non-control investments in the lower middle market. Earlier in his career, Michael held consulting roles at FGMK and accounting positions at Waud Capital Partners.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting, Economics, and Finance from North Central College.
