Tim is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Throughout his career, he has held key commercial leadership roles at prominent companies such as Procter & Gamble, Campbell Soup, and Pharmavite. Tim also served as CEO of Irwin Naturals and, most recently, Iovate Health and Sciences International. He is widely recognized for his ability to build exceptional teams and transform organizations to achieve breakthrough results, fostering strong relationships across the retail landscape.
Currently, Tim serves on the Board of Directors for Zenwise, Kingdomway USA, and Empower with Evidence. As an avid student of leadership, he is dedicated to continuous learning and exploration of his passion and craft.
Tim graduated from Old Dominion University and furthered his education at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management through its Advanced Management Program. He has been happily married to his wife, Yvonne, for over 38 years, and they have two children, Taylor and Will, as well as a granddaughter, Lila. Residing in Glen Mills, PA, Tim enjoys reading, golfing, and exercising. Notably, he also played professional baseball for the Chicago Cubs earlier in his career.
