Maxim is pleased to welcome our latest class of MBA interns joining us from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Our MBA internship program plays a critical role in Maxim’s operations and, as a firm focused on Education and Wellness, we are thrilled at the opportunity to share in this exciting step in each of their careers.

Caitlin Crutchfield joins us from Kellogg’s School of Management with an expected graduation this coming summer from their accelerated one-year program. Caitlin began her career in Investment Banking at Raymond James and most recently in the Corporate Strategy group at Cox Communications.
“During my MBA internship interviews, I was intrigued by Maxim’s focus on providing operational support and industry expertise to companies within the lower-middle market space. I felt that during my time with Maxim, I would be able to create tangible value to the entrepreneurs for which Maxim partners”.

Daniel Posch is going on to the second leg of his internship after having joined us for the summer, with an expected graduation this coming summer. Also attending Kellogg’s School of Management, Daniel joins us with a background in management consulting and most recently in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
“I value Maxim’s unparalleled industry expertise and the team’s collaborative approach, both internally and externally.”

Matthew Williamson hails from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business where he is Co-President of the Private Equity Club. Matt brings a unique background as a financial consultant in the Disputes & Investigations group at Duff & Phelps, in addition to being a CFA charterholder.
“It was clear throughout the interview process that Maxim was a fun, tightknit team, and this was never more evident than being invited into a 2.5hr investment committee meeting for a potential deal during my first day on the job. As a future M&A advisor post-graduation, I’m excited to experience the other side of the table with such a great team.”
Again, our sincerest welcome to the Fall Class of 2020. It’s been our pleasure getting to know you thus far and we are looking forward to an educational and eventful Q4!
